of Bundy life.

General note: End credits feature a photo of the Bundys
with their TV counterparts from this episode. The "Amos'n'Andrew" poster in the producer's
office features series creators Ron Leavitt & Michael G. Moye. The same poster is in
"Kelly Does Hollywood (Part 2)" (0610). Marcy mentions "a woman from Michigan".
She talks about Terry Rakolta, a woman who fought for the Married... with
Children's cancellation. The "FOX viewing position", where the family holds various pieces of metal
and tin foil around the living room, refers to the fact that in the early days, and in some cases still
today, FOX affiliates were lower-powered obscure UHF stations. Note to Non-Americans: The program of
American TV networks is broadcasted by local TV stations (hence the word "network") who usually aren't
owned by the networks.
Influences: The episode title is influenced by the saying "No Pot to Pee in" (meaning that somebody is broke).
The producer's name Ron Michaels is a combination of Ron Leavitt and Michael G. Moye - the creators of
Married... with Children. The episode is a parody on Married... with Children itself, along with
Peggy and the Pirates (0718).
