First camera shot: Peg telephoning at the buffet.
Synopsis: Al's beef with the phone company has neighbors and family wanting his
hide after the Bundy phone service is cut off. Al refuses to pay a
large phone bill. There is also a light outside the house that he
doesn't like, either.

Influences and references: Steve mentions "Dillinger", an early 30s criminal. A woman betrayed him by
wearing a red dress which indicated her and Dillinger's identity to the FBI. The movie
title refers to a part of a poem line by John Donne, the novel by Ernest Hemingway, the movie and
some songs.
