The episode "Married... without Children" (German: "Die Babysitter") includes two original scenes with German subtitles. The reason for it is that the producers couldn't get the German rights for the music tracks in these scenes.

Unlike the region 1 version this issue is unedited!. However, some episodes' soundtracks suffer from so-called PAL speedup conversion faults. This means that any sound in these episodes is somewhat higher than it should be.
