Seven appeared in season seven (hence his name), in what appeared to be an attempt to appeal to a more mainstream audience. He has nothing to do with Peggy's pregnancy in early season six. This first recurring character apart from the usual six principals (four Bundys and their two neighbours) was played by Shane Sweet. Peggy's relatives Zemus and Ida Mae come to visit the Bundys in 0701 and just leave Seven there. Zemus' expanation for Seven's name is that they have one, two, three, four, five, seven children. It quickly became clear that the fans were not happy with the new direction or the new character. Personally, I haven't met a single Bundy fan who liked Seven. The writers at first wrote fewer lines for him, and then wrote him out altogether. His disappearance was never explained in the show and is one of MwC's mysteries. Seven's last appearance was on "Peggy and the Pirates" (0718). Until then, he didn't appear in 0710, 0713, 0715, 0716 and 0717. His face reappeared in three later episodes: "Kelly Knows Something" (0823) (his head flies out of Kel's ear), "Ride Scare" (0825) (on a milk carton as a "Have you seen me?" child) and another one (on a balloon over Kelly's head with a big question mark next to him).
