Staff Composer Jonathan Wolff

Jonathan Wolff composed many of the unknown songs on Married... with Children from episode 0709 on. He is an Emmy Award winner and worked for many other series, too. He retired around 2005. Here is a comment about Married... with Children from his former website:

Several seasons ago, for a musical episode of Married...With Children, I was hired to write and produce a "We Are The World" type song that was performed on the show by a group of guest star rock'n'roll veterans that included Richie Havens, Spencer Davis, John Sebastian, Mark Lindsey, Peter Noone and Robbie Krieger (The Doors). What a blast. After that, I handled all of the special weekly music needs. The show's writers usually included something in each episode for me. Sometimes a song, montage, dance or fantasy sequence. But on this show I was usually busy creating hot throbbing dance music for the strippers at the Jiggly Room. MWC lasted 11 seasons. I'm really proud that I was able to work on such a landmark series.
