First camera shot: Peggy is lying on the couch watching talk show trailers.

Synopsis: Steve is history and Marcy is man-less after his "Dear Marcy" note, so Bud tries to catch her on the rebound. Peggy talks her into a just-us-girls vacation to Vegas where they lose $5,000 of Al's money.

Guest cast:
Pizza Boy: Michael Stoyanov
Man: Michael Saccente
Dealer: Lawrence Lott

General notes: First episode without Steve. For the first time, an incoming character gets applause just for entering: Al. Bud admits being a virgin.

Kellyisms: She mispronounces Yosemite ("yosmite" instead of "yosameetee") and Lasagne.

References: The episode title refers to the song "You Gotta Know When to Hold 'Em" by Kenny Rogers.

Goofs: When Al puts his feet up on the table and asks what is wrong with the remote control (before he realizes the TV is gone), you can see the faint remains of "555" on his right shoe and "SHOE" on his left shoe. Left over from "976-SHOE" (0408).
