turn off the lights.
Synopsis: Bud tries to scare his date into his arms by creating the illusion of
a tornado. But a real storm sends everyone rushing to his basement
bedroom.
Epilogue: Kelly is Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, talking to a scarecrow.

General note: Although it was the third
episode in the season to enter production, "Twisted" was specifically
written to open season 11, concluding Griff's death-row incident from
"The Joke's on Al (1026). After Ariel's line "I don't know what you see
in me!", Bud's line "Hopefully, me in a minute!" was censored for the
Fox repeat and subsequent syndication. Peggy & Al have sex.

Influences and references: The episode and
the episode title is inspired by the movie "Twister". The epiloge is influenced by the movie
"The Wizard of Oz".
Goofs: after Kelly's "personal possessions" you can see the microhone disappearing from over her
while the camera is on Peg and her TV.
