First camera shot: A bunch of women passes by the shoe store.
Synopsis: Al and Bud get competitive with Floyd Babcock (owner of the rival
shoe store in the mall) and his son, Little Floyd, when Bud and
Little Floyd must complete a project for their business class.
Bud's idea is to make a "Women of Trumaine" calendar; when he
hires Crystal, a gorgeous co-ed, to be the calendar's cover girl,
Al and Floyd decide to put their money together and take the
project national. Crystal is strangely reluctant to "go national"
in a string bikini and Bud must work overtime to convince her to
pose. [Note: the end credits feature Bud still staring into an
empty TV screen. Starting with this episode, Katey Sagal playing
Peggy Bundy appears only in occasional pre-taped inserts, having
left the show on maternity leave. Music: "Calendar Girl" by Neil
Sedaka.]
